Welcome to FastETA.io (“FastETA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FastETA.io and any related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Our Service

FastETA.io provides private electronic travel authorization (eTA), visa, and travel authorization assistance services.

FastETA.io is a private service provider and is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or official government website.

Government authorities make all decisions regarding visas, travel authorizations, entry permissions, eligibility, approvals, and denials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.

If you submit information on behalf of another traveler, including a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Submit only lawful and authentic documents.

  • Review all information before submission.

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain the security of your account and information.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide.

4. Government Requirements

Travel authorization requirements, eligibility criteria, fees, and processing procedures are determined by government authorities and may change without notice.

FastETA.io cannot control or influence government decisions.

We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of any application.

  • Issuance of any visa or travel authorization.

  • Admission into any country.

  • Processing within any specific timeframe.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are displayed during checkout.

By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees.

Government fees and third-party fees may be separate from our service fees.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless required by law or specifically stated in our Refund Policy:

  • Government fees are generally non-refundable.

  • Third-party fees are generally non-refundable once incurred.

  • Services already performed may not be refundable.

  • Processing delays or government decisions do not automatically qualify for refunds.

7. Processing Times

Any processing times displayed on FastETA.io are estimates only.

Actual processing times may vary due to:

  • Government workload

  • Security reviews

  • Identity verification

  • Requests for additional information

  • Technical issues

  • Public holidays

  • Changes in government policies

You should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received the required travel authorization and verified its accuracy.

8. Minor Travelers

Information for a minor traveler may only be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.

By submitting information for a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on FastETA.io, including software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, designs, and website functionality, is owned by or licensed to FastETA.io and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content.

  • Reverse engineer the Service.

  • Scrape or extract data.

  • Create derivative works.

  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.

  • Upload fraudulent or unauthorized documents.

  • Violate applicable laws.

  • Interfere with the operation of the Service.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

FastETA.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Accuracy

  • Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastETA.io shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Travel expenses

  • Missed flights

  • Denied boarding

  • Denied entry

  • Hotel losses

  • Tour losses

  • Lost business opportunities

Our maximum liability arising from any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastETA.io and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.

  • Information you submit.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Violation of applicable law.

  • Unauthorized submissions made on behalf of another person.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where permitted.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraud is suspected.

  • Payment issues arise.

  • Required information is not provided.

  • Continued service would create legal, regulatory, security, or operational risks.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on FastETA.io with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
