This Refund Policy applies to services purchased through FastETA.io.

This Policy forms part of the FastETA.io Terms and Conditions.

1. Important Information

FastETA.io is a private travel authorization assistance service. We are not a government agency and do not issue visas, eTAs, permits, or travel authorizations.

Government authorities make all decisions regarding approvals, denials, processing times, cancellations, and entry permissions.

Our fees cover document preparation, application assistance, administrative processing, customer support, and related services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be available if:

  • You request cancellation before work has begun on your order.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • A billing error occurred.

  • We are unable to provide the purchased service.

  • Applicable law requires a refund.

Refund eligibility may be reduced or eliminated once work has begun on your application.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • Government application fees.

  • Third-party processing fees.

  • Expedited processing services that have already been initiated.

  • Completed applications or services already performed.

  • Government processing delays.

  • Government denials or refusals.

  • Changes in travel plans.

  • Missed flights, accommodations, or travel arrangements.

  • Incorrect information provided by the traveler.

  • Failure to provide requested documents.

  • Failure to respond to requests for additional information.

  • Duplicate applications submitted through another provider.

  • Border-entry refusals or denied boarding decisions.

Government authorities make independent decisions, and FastETA.io cannot guarantee approval or entry into any country.

4. Government and Third-Party Fees

A portion of the amount paid through FastETA.io may include government fees or fees charged by third-party providers.

Once such fees have been paid, submitted, reserved, or incurred, they are generally non-refundable unless the relevant authority or provider issues a refund.

5. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation requests submitted before work begins are more likely to qualify for a refund.

Once application preparation, review, submission, or processing has started, only partial refunds may be available, if any.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

support@fasteta.io

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order number (if available)

  • Traveler name

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting documentation

We may request additional information to verify the request.

7. Refund Deadlines

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, refund requests should be submitted within:

  • 30 days after order completion; or

  • 30 days after receiving notice of a government decision; or

  • 60 days after purchase,

whichever occurs first.

Late requests may be denied.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider

  • Bank

  • Credit card issuer

  • Payment method

FastETA.io is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide transaction records, order information, communications, and supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

10. Travel Expenses

FastETA.io does not reimburse:

  • Airline tickets

  • Hotels

  • Tours

  • Transportation costs

  • Travel insurance

  • Event tickets

  • Lost wages

  • Missed business opportunities

  • Any other travel-related expenses

You should not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received the required travel authorization and verified that all information is correct.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on FastETA.io with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
